Job Details
We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic leader in the field of adult social care to join our team as the Service Director for Adult Social Care. The role will involve leading and managing the Adult Social Care Service to ensure the delivery of high quality, person centred care and support to our diverse community. You will work collaboratively with the Executive Director – Adults to provide strategic leadership. The role involves ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and national standards, while driving continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
To succeed in this role our ideal candidate would have extensive experience and knowledge of adult social care with a proven track record of successful leadership and management within a similar role, ideally within a local authority or public sector environment.
