Are you looking to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families? Do you enjoy making improvements to the way things are done? Are you a team player who is able to support a wide range of projects and workstreams? Then we might have an opportunity for you…

Greenwich Children’s Services is an exciting place to work and we are ambitious for our children and families.  We put children, young people and families at the centre of everything we do and pride ourselves on delivering effective values driven services, relentlessly focused on continuous improvement.

As a member of our Delivery and Improvement Service that sits with the Quality Improvement Division, you will be responsible for supporting Partnership work to safeguard and promote the welfare of children in Greenwich. This includes providing business support and project support to the statutory Safeguarding Children Partnership, Children & Young People Partnership and the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Partnership. You will need to be highly organised, a team player and have the ability to build good working relationships with varying levels of staff across different agencies.

The work is varied and interesting and can also be very challenging. Due to the nature of our work, there will be times when you will be required to attend meetings relating to serious child safeguarding incidents and provide business support to Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews.

We are looking for individuals who are adaptable to change and working in a fast paced environment, highly organised and experienced in providing project and business support.

Applicants are required to submit a full application addressing the individual Person Specification.  Please do not submit CVs.
